Influence on fertilization of winter wheat "Ada" for grain qualitate

In 2010 in Experimental Station of Lithuanian University of Agriculture there was performed research concerning fioence on fertilization the winter wheat 'Ada' grain quality parameters. Winter wheat production was grown in experimental Station of Lithuanian University of Agriculture where the soil is IDg8-k (LVg-p-w-cc) - calcareous shallow glay luvisol (Calc(ar)i- Epihypogleyic Luvisols). For research there was chosen the variety of winter wheat 'Ada' which was developed in Lithuanian Institute of Agriculture. This variety has very good baking qualities. n almost variants nitrogen fertilizer reliably encouraged the accumulation of grain protein as well as increased : gluten content, sedimentation and falling number.
